I just want to thank you and the Nature Boy Team. The products arrived on the day that I needed them to. It was a birthday gift and usually I like to check and make sure products are what I purchase when I buy online. I opened the box and saw the care and time it took to wrap the package that I did not unwrap it I let the birthday boy do it. At first he thought it was a cigar box but he does not smoke lol.
As he was unwrapping it we both could smell the wood through the packaging, it smelled like it was smoked..it was perfection.
He got to the box the engraving of his name was perfect and the box was beautiful! He swore it was cigars in the box but his reaction was priceless when he saw the beard kit and tools. I explained to him that everything is hand crafted and tailored just for him. He absolutely loved it and loves it. You can’t tell him nothing, he walks around with his pinky and a slight limp stating “his beard is about to be on a whole other level”, strutting like he received a king’s kit….which he did!
Thank you for making his birthday special and having amazing customer service. Another purchase will be made soon because I need a wooden comb for my curls!! Again thank you so much for creating a beautiful product!!!
