Shipping policy
When will my order be shipped?
We aim to have products shipped out within 24-72 hours. Beard Combs, Deluxe Kits and custom engrave work can take 7-10 days due to their labor-intensive process. Quality can take time, but we always deliver!
What shipping options do you offer?
We ship all orders via USPS and UPS. We use First Class Mail & Priority Mail to ensure tracking and fast delivery. AFTER the product leaves our hands, First Class usually delivers in 2-4 days, Priority mail delivers in 1-3 business. UPS our alternate premium option, ideal especially during holiday seasons.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we sure do! Rates vary depending on the country and package weight. We ship internationally via USPS and DHL.
*Please note that INTERNATIONAL ORDERS may be subject to customs fees upon delivery, enforced as an import tax by the recipient's government. This tax is a sole responsibility of the buyer.

Questions that generally arise:
Q: What if my order never arrives or is stolen/damaged?
A: Send us an email at info@natureboyproducts.com. We'll verify whether you added shipping protection to your order, and if so, we'll file your claim. Once claim is filed, it will be reviewed for approval for a reorder or refund within 24 hours.
Q: How much time do I have to reach out if I believe my order is lost/stolen?
A: Requests for orders marked “delivered" must be filed after 5 days and before 15 days from the date the package was marked “delivered.”
Packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not “delivered”) must be filed after 7 days (20 for international) and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.
